Who This Practice serves

-Adults 18 years of age and older seeking one-on-one counselling solutions with a Registered Psychologist in either a confidential office setting or via telepsychology.

-People who feel mentally, emotionally, spiritually or physically broken and are seeking healing solutions.

-Individuals who have a vision of who they want to become but are struggling to devise solutions to meet that objective.         

-People who have no vision of who they want to become but feel it is impossible to continue through life without solutions to address how lost, uncomfortable and unwell they feel.

- Individuals who are aware of solutions to address their objectives, however, are having difficulty breaking them down into achievable steps.

-People who know what steps are needed to implement solutions but feel they lack the energy, motivation, confidence, thinking patterns and/or drive to implement these actions.    

-Individuals interested in applying solutions utilizing empirically supported psychotherapy interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

- People who have been diagnosed or are concerned they may be experiencing symptoms of a mental illness (including Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder,  Schizophrenia, Substance Dependence, Borderline Personality Disorder or Posttraumatic Stress Disorder) and are struggling to find solutions to aid recovery.

- Individuals who have a family member experiencing a mental health concern, and would like to learn solutions of how to best support their loved one.
